We bring rigorous research & consulting frameworks, shaped by 25 years of both marketplace consulting and parish leadership, to walk alongside pastors and leaders during defining moments.
Our Belief
We believe that transitions are crucibles. A leader’s departure, an internal conflict, a shift in vision - these moments can surface latent anger, deepen anxiety, fracture community, and threaten organizational health. They can cause crises of faith and permanent schism.
But these moments aren’t only occasions for negative emotions. They are also, if navigated well, occasions for genuine celebration. Praise and rejoicing for a pastor’s faithful tenure, for a congregation’s resilience, for God’s provisioning through difficulty, and for the new thing that God is doing on the other side of a change.
We exist to help communities hold both realities simultaneously: the real weight of what is ending and the real hope for what is beginning.

What leaders face organizationally
Even in seasons of stability, church leaders are stretched thin. They’re pulled between administration, pastoral care, vestry relationships, community engagement, and their own spiritual & relational health.
In a transition, every one of these demands intensifies, precisely when the leader’s capacity to meet them is most strained.
What leaders carry personally
Times of transition are often profoundly lonely for leaders. Expected to be a steady presence for staff & congregation, they absorb everyone else’s anxieties, questions, grief, & anger. Often with no one accompanying them through their own.
Most leaders face these moments without a specialized partner - someone who can hold both the organizational & spiritual dimensions of the work simultaneously.
