Our draw on our experience in qualitative & quantitative research to hear what congregants & leaders are actually experiencing - not just what they say in conversation or listening sessions, but what they carry emotionally & spiritually.
Through focus groups, semi-structured interviews, congregational surveys, and structured listening sessions, we bring genuine rigor to the data collection process. Coded qualitative & quantitative analysis, representative sampling, & both theoretical & theological frameworks empower us to offer leaders a clearer, more honest picture of where the community stands.
Pastoral Care
We bring that same depth of experience to the strategic & pastoral work of guiding congregations through transition. Drawing on experience in church leadership across five states, we help leaders translate research insight into concrete decisions. We help them make plans & decisions around implications of the transition, such as:
